Production side of the build completed
This week we finished the build of the production side of the distillery. Once the steam generator and stills are commissioned, in use, we are good to start making whisky. First run expected Aug/Sept 2025.
After this we will start on the build of the visitors centre. Hope to have this done by 2027 (it's slow as we are doing all the work ourselves). However we do have a meeting space onsite should we have visitors.
It's so close now we cannot wait to start making whisky.
